Revenue Solutions was created in 2010 with a team of highly talented professionals coming from global companies, who possess diverse backgrounds and effective capabilities to resolve complex organizational situations related with improving the competitiveness and the sustainable revenue growth of the company.

Armando Carvajal, Executive Director of Revenue Solutions with more than 25 years of experience in directive roles in multi-national and global companies such as: Procter & Gamble Chile, Nutrexpa International and McDonald’s.

His background encompasses working in three business areas: Mass Consumption, Retail and Consulting.

He possess international experience in markets such as: Spain, Central America & the Caribbean region, Ecuador, Colombia and Chile. He also possess experience as a university graduate professor.

His main expertise comprises focus in Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Communication, HR and Organizational Change.

Armando possess a Bachelors in Sociology from Universidad de Chile.

His background comprises a vast experience in the automotive industry where he providing training and coaching to senior management, carried out successful market studies and analysis and developed integrated customer service programs. He also has experience as a university graduate professor.

His background encompasses working in industries such as: Processed Food, Plastics, Chemical and Pharmaceutical.

His main expertise comprises business vision, sales strategy, Unique Sales Proposition (USP), effective leadership of marketing and sales teams, business development and sales management.

In addition, Matias possess international experience in markets such as: U.S.A., Canada, Latam (Latin American Markets), Brazil, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, Russia, South Africa, Korea and Japan.
